CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY

Less than a 48hr cancellation results in a loss of any deposit put down and payment of 50% of your canceled service before booking another. No showed appointments result in a loss of any deposit put down as well as payment in full of your no showed service before booking another.

ALL LASH SERVICE APPOINTMENTS 

Arrive to your appointment with NO eye makeup on. 
Lash extensions, we will still provide the service for you, but we will no longer guarantee the service as the extensions may stick to the makeup instead of the natural lash causing them not to last. 
Lash lift & tint, we will still provide the service for you, but will no longer guarantee the service as we cannot guarantee the solution will get through the makeup to work on the natural lash. 
*if coming from somewhere unable to go without makeup, arrive early and ask for makeup remover*

PERMANENT JEWELRY

All chains are warrantied for 60 days. During the 60 days we will replace any tarnished chain, broken chain, or reweld for free. After 60 days, if your chain breaks or needs rewelded there will be a $15 reweld fee. If you lose your chain, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. We understand the jewelry is called “permanent“, however the actual meaning of that is that it is claspless, not meaning that something cannot happen to the jewelry.
